Introducing our grandparents
Following the instructions in the twinspace and using the recommended tool TRADING CARDS (https://bighugelabs.com/deck.php) the students created the cards in which they described their grandparents. As agreed previously, only 5-6 cards from each of the countries were published in the twinspace. Below you can see the grandparents whom we nominated. :-)
We would like to thank the grandparents that they agreed to have their photos published here. One grandfather doesn´t like photography at all and his granddaughter solved the problem cleverly - she created an avatar in the VOKI application. Good job!
Working in the IT room
In the photo gallery below you can see the Czech students writing the descriptions of their granny or granddad in the IT room
The next step was to read the "introductions" and look for matches (similar hobbies, likes or dislikes etc.) The Czech team took this matching activity very seriously - the students worked in a big team, shared GOOGLE sheets and completed a huge table with the information about all the involved grandparents. You can see it below.
